I've had an ongoing problem with my Sonos devices and Ruckus, months. Where, how do I access/login to my router? I need to separate 2.4 and 5.0. I need this is laymen terms. How do I access my router? Why in the world can Lennar folks not call and talk to Ruckus IT? That makes zero sense. Please advise.

Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model, now try to gain access to the Unleashed dashboard using the next bundle of credentials, the user is lower case and the password will change, so test all of them.
