internet slow after power outage may be due to routing code issue

i have tried alot of options from the forum. i am having trouble accessing the switch. admin and password will not work. i have a macbook and using the terminal to access the command line is not working.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering intermittent internet connectivity. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

Could you please let me know if you can log into the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch dashboard on a web browser? 

You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address. 

 

Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch and try to log in.

 

Kindly try to log into the Switch on the web browser using the default credential.

The RUCKUS Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below. 

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations as well.

Hi Imran Sanadi,

The below screenshot is far as i get. Unfortunately the passwords don't work. I know my password for my unleashed dashboard. Should it be the same? However that does not work for the switch either. Is there a way to access the switch without a username and password? I want to see if this is truly a routing issue.

Thank you for the information you shared.

Could you please download the PuTTY application and attempt to log in to the CLI using the Switch IP Address identified in the IP scan? You can download PuTTY from the following link:
🔗 https://www.putty.org/

Connection Method:

Telnet – Port 23 (if SSH does not work)

Once connected, the command-line prompt should look similar to one of the following:

ICX7150-C12 Router>   OR   ICX7150-C12 Switch> 

Please enter the following commands after logging into the CLI (press Enter after each command), and share the output:

enable  

show version  

show flash

You may either copy and paste the command output or share screenshots. If you encounter any issues or errors, feel free to share those as well. I'm here to assist you with any questions you may have.
