internet slow after power outage may be due to routing code issue

i have tried alot of options from the forum. i am having trouble accessing the switch. admin and password will not work. i have a macbook and using the terminal to access the command line is not working.

This has been resolved I had issues with copying the flash and I found that I needed to “write memory” first. Thank you for the help!
