internet slow after power outage may be due to routing code issue

i have tried alot of options from the forum. i am having trouble accessing the switch. admin and password will not work. i have a macbook and using the terminal to access the command line is not working.

Hello I believe I was able to fix it! Is there a way to make my secondary partition a switch as well SPS? Right now it reads SPR

Thank you for the response and the information you shared. 

Please enter the following commands to bring the Secondary partition of the Switch to the SPS Code.

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command 

enable

copy flash flash secondary 

boot system flash secondary yes 

Example:

ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command) 
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait until the flash finishes) 
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)
