Have you tried resetting your router to factory settings to regain access and then change the password?

Hi @benstokes12

Thank you for your prompt response.

Please note that the password and Wi-Fi names can be easily modified by accessing the RUCKUS Unleashed Access Points management system (described in my previous post), eliminating the need for a complete factory reset.

Thank you once again for your assistance.

Best regards,
