Can you confirm what is the issue you have with the unit, and if you are a Lennar home client?

I followed everything from the forum and had also an IT guy from Lennar also another neighbor confirmed that the ICX 7150 needs to be exchange.

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to  USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.
