can connect new device

my ruckus device Bouvier provides access to internet upstairs. it is not letting my new device connect (sonos).

it needs to be updated and reconfigured to allow access to internet for other devices. we are on day three now, and also we can access the portal we have no sign in or password and their is no password recovery. It is a Lennar home. please email at [email protected]
