Wireless Access point spotty after lights flickered

The lights went off and on then the access point did not work.  I unplugged internet and back in then unplugged switch box and back in.   Lights on front of access point were green but the back had an orange light flashing.  Unplugged the cable from access point to switch but now the thermostat is going off and in line and Alexa will not play and phones will not connect    What do I need to do   Thank you

Please apply a factory reset to the AP and then follow the instructions in the below how-to video.

Yes it is a lennar home we purchased from someone not lennar directly.  I purchased the switch and set it up 3 years ago

I do not have a configure me option.  And the light on the back is flashing green now.
