Wifi coverage into backyard

I am looking to extend my wifi coverage into my backyard. I have a couple RING cameras that keep on getting dropped signals.  My home is a single story large Lennar home.  There are a few cinder block or brick walls that are in between my two r510 's and the RIng cameras.

1. Can I use a TP Link or Linksys extender for my backyard?  
2. Can I change the 510s to a MESH network to help with the coverage?
3. I want to keep the same SSID.

Please assist.

As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance in setting up Wi-Fi network coverage. 

Below are answers to your queries.

1. Yes, you can use other Access Points/Extenders. However, you cannot use the same SSID as RUCKUS Access Points. You cannot manage Access Points in the Unleashed system other than RUCKUS Access Points.

2. We recommend not to use Mesh for Lennar Homes.

3. As mentioned in the 1st point, you can use the same SSID only for RUCKUS Access Points.

1. We have seen the connectivity issues in Lennar homes, so we do not recommend it. However, you can try to set up and configure mesh. Please refer to the below Video and guide for the same.
