What db values do I t for band balancing between 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz on R510

The R510 AP's have a choice of performing band balancing between 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz but it asks you define the db value.  Now what are some good values to add in order to have a smooth network?

It depends upon the load on each band of the each AP .

How many clients you have in total vs connecting to specific APs?

It's a Lennar home it comes with 3 AP's all R510, I've set it up so it's a 2 AP's and the Master (1AP) is doing the computational offload.  2 AP's are on the 1st floor and 1 AP is on the 2nd floor (open floor plan).  one of the downstairs AP's is the Master.

The total number of wifi clients on an average day is 58.
