Have R510 Ruckus System with 2 ceiling mount WAP's. One WAP works and one is dark. Switched cables in main panel and bad WAP still does not power up so is not cable or main panel. The WAP is dead with no red or green lights at WAP or at cable connection in main panel. System installed by Lennar and started on 7-20-20. System is confirmed in warranty via Ruckus warranty check. WAP went dark on 11-22-22.

Thank you for the details provides, based on your troubleshooting you have done, since there are no lights on the WAP, and you have confirmed that the Switch port and the cable is not the source of the issue, this unit must be RMA (return merchandise authorization) means replace it.
