VPN Issues

Hi, my wife needs to be able to work from home but her company is not able to get their VPN to work with our system.

Her laptop is connected to our network at our home and it appears she is connected to their VPN but it won't allow her access into the companies server. 

This is the second company she's worked for that had this very issue and is told that our router settings are keeping it from working. I know next to nothing about this so any help would be appreciated.
