Upgrading from 08.0.95N to 09.0.10j_cd4 ICX7150 web console not loading

Like the subject says, I upgraded to 09.0.10j.  The web console doesn't load even though it shows it in the configuration

RuckusSwitch(config)#show web
HTTP server status: Enabled
HTTPS server status: Enabled
No web connection.

I have also tried 09.0.10j_cd3 with the same issue (see the results below)RuckusSwitch(config)#show flash

I also noticed during boot up an error.

Error [1 ui_common_send: Not able to apply - itc error please try again] parsing line: [web-management http]

Hi,

Thank you for your post. Could you please check if you get the same result on a different browser or in a private browsing mode?

When you mention “it does not load,” do you mean that it doesn’t even display the login prompt?

Is web management enabled in the running configuration?

I researched the error you shared: “Error [1 ui_common_send: Not able to apply - itc error please try again] parsing line: [web-management http],” but couldn’t find anything similar. I recommend opening a ticket with our support team for further investigation, especially if the answers to my previous questions are yes.

Site can't be reached.
Tried on Chrome and again in Incognito. Also from my phone.  This worked 1 hour before when I tried with  08.0.95N

Thank you for your input, what you have described meets all the requirements for web management to work properly. I suggest contacting our support team as the next step.

My switch came with my home and the builder no longer has a support contract so support said they cannot open the ticket.
