Hello,
I have a ICX 7150-C12P here that won't fully turn on. When power is applied, all LEDs briefly illuminate orange. After this point, the LEDs turn off. Then, the SYST LED is amber, while the PWR LED is green. It doesn't change from this state, I have waited a long time.
The last thing I did is remove power from the device, it was definitely working before that.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Different AC plug
- Hold reset button on power up
- Tried accessing the console via USB-C and rj45, the device is not responsive on those ports
I would like to RMA the device as it is no longer functional and I believe has encountered some type of defect.
Thanks!
Desmond
