Unleashed - can't log on

Hi,

I am a Lennar homeowner with at ICX 7150 -C12P switch and two access points.  I have used Unleashed to define my APs and Wireless network.  I have not used it for approximately 6 to 9 months. 

When I tried to log on today I received "Error!  Login failed.  Destination P is not an Unleashed IP".  I rebooted everything and still cannot get in.  Nothing to my knowledge should have changed the IP or ??

Any used to log in via my browser and that is not working either.

Everything else appears to be working fine.

Still having issues. Same result wireless or hardwired into switch.

Unleashed.ruckuswireless.com -à The site can’t be reached

192.168.0.32 & 192.168.0.48 (I believe these are the APs) – refused to connect

Please confirm that those are the IP addresses of the Access Points, take into consideration that the reason you need to know the IP address of the Access Points, is that you will search for those IP addresses instead of the website unleashed.ruckuswireless.com

Note: if the issue persisted, please share the screenshots of the error and run the next commands from your computer.

Type CMD on the start button in your Windows computer>and run the command ping <IP address of the access point>share the results

Run the command ipcofig> share the results
