The unleashed app is not working on an iPhone. I use to be able to access everything through the app but now all I get is “you are not connected to the unleashed network. Go to settings?” Notification message. I’ve tried to also log in online and same thing it will not let me log in and keeps saying my username or password are incorrect. I am a Lennar home owner and apparently customer service will not assist Lennar home owners anymore and I’m forced to post on this forum. Any help will be appreciated.

If you have upgraded your Access Points on the web Unleashed system, please uninstall/install (update) the RUCKUS Unleashed application on your smartphone and try logging in.
If you continue to have the issue even after the above step, to avoid confusion with posts, you can create your own post on the RUCKUS Lennar support on this forum with the problem you're facing and a detailed description of the network issue and what you've done so that we can guide you properly.

Hi,
Can you try uninstalling the mobile app and install it again?
Once done, try setting the remote management again.
