Hope you are well. I recently had an issue not being able to get into my unleased App. There was a post to resolve this and it is now working fine (Thank you Imran). When i go intop the app it shows my WLAN, 2 AP's, # of users. However the Switches options says "No Switches". To be honest, I am not sure if i i was able to see switches before the origional issue. Should i be able to see switches on my network ? Thanks very much
If it is already enabled or once, you enable it please hard reboot your Switch (disconnect and connect the switch from the power outlet). Once the Switch boots up, please try to refresh Unleashed and check the Switch status.
