Hello, I am unable to detect the Ruckus Switch IP address using the suggested IP Scanner to get to GUI to solve the initial problem "No power to POE"
None of the detected IP Address has Ruckus switch on the manufacture column.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are unable to find an IP address of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch to access CLI.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
If you are unable to get the IP address of the Switch, please try getting console access to the Switch and help me with the command outputs.
Here is a guide on how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard OR Console cable Rj45 to USB (Any one cable- please refer the guide)
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P:
Once you are logged in to the ICX-7150-C12P please perform the commands and help with the outputs.
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
