I logged on to the admin console and changed the SSID using the edit option. However when I try to connect to the admin console using the admin ip, I fails with the error below.
192.168.1.85 took too long to respond.
However, using the new SSID, we are able to connect to the network and it works ok. Would like help on how we can access the admin console,

Hello Imran, Tried http://192.168.1.85, it fails with the same error. This was working before we changed the name of the ssid. The internet connection from our provider is stable. The switch and the access points are stable.

Thank you for the response and the detailed information you shared.
As I see from the picture you shared, seems like the ethernet cable coming from the Router or Modem/Router combo, and another cable may be from a device are plugged into the wrong ports on the Switch panel. They must be plugged into any of the 12 ports as shown in the below screenshot. Please unplug the ethernet cables and plug them into the correct ports and try again.
