My Lennar home came with a Ruckus Switch ICX7150 and 2 Access Points (APs). It's been 4 years, and everything is working well. However, I'm wanting to change the network credentials but I'm unable to login through the unleashed app or through the browser version via the master IP address. In synthesis, I do have the current credentials to connect to the Access ooint and enjoy WiFi, but unable to change the SSID and password of this network.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Javier

Hi @jmogollon3
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting Lennar Home Community.
Hope you are doing well!!!
From the case description, I could understand that you are unable to Access unleashed to reset your Wi-Fi SSID.
If you have your Master IP Address and Access the Unleashed dashboard (As shown in the below screenshot), please try to log in with default credentials if you do not have or remember your Unleashed credentials.
Please refer to the below screenshot of the default Unleashed credentials.
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding

If you're unable to change network settings on your Ruckus Switch ICX7150 and access points (APs), you may need to follow a specific set of steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you address the problem:-
1. Ensure Proper Access
Admin Rights:- Ensure you have administrative access to the switch and APs. Limited user accounts may not have the necessary permissions to change network settings.
Correct Login Credentials:- Verify that you are using the correct username and password. If you’ve forgotten them, you might need to reset the device to factory settings.
2. Access the Management Interface
Web Interface:- Access the Ruckus switch and APs via their web management interface using a web browser. The default IP address is usually something like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.
CLI Access:- If the web interface is inaccessible, try using Command Line Interface (CLI) via Telnet, SSH, or a console connection.
3. Update Firmware
Check for Updates:- Make sure your switch and APs are running the latest firmware. Firmware updates can fix bugs and add new features. You can usually find the latest firmware on the Ruckus support website.
Update Procedure:- Follow the manufacturer's instructions to update the firmware. This usually involves downloading the firmware file and uploading it via the web interface or CLI.
4. Factory Reset
Last Resort:- If you still cannot change the settings, performing a factory reset can sometimes resolve persistent issues. Note that this will erase all custom settings and restore the device to its default state.
Reset Procedure:- Typically involves pressing and holding a reset button on the device for a specified amount of time (e.g., 10-30 seconds).
5. Check for Configuration Lock
Locked Configurations:- Some network devices have a configuration lock feature that prevents changes. Ensure there’s no active configuration lock.
