Hello,
My power went out and since then the internet is spotty and all the smart devices in the home don't work properly. I think I figured out that I have the know partition issue, however while following the guide from https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-Fix-Routing-code-issu... I am unable to get past step 2. I have found the IP address for the ICX switch but when I put it in a browser it times out and doesn't load. Any ideas?

super / sp-admin
admin/Lennar
admin/Ruckus!
