Unable to Obtain IP Address - ICX7150-C12P (r510)

Out of nowhere our Ruckus system stopped working. No power outage occurred, and nothing changed with the set-up. I've gone through every step that I'm capable of and I can't seem to crack the code as to what happened or how to get the system up and running again. We have interne ISP/modem. All appropriate lights are on/green with the Ruckus system.  I factory reset and was able to setup one of the r510's but there is no internet through that connection. The "old" network still shows in the WLAN list once I plugged all Ethernet cords back into the switch but I still have the same issue when I try to connect there - Unable to obtain IP address. I'm at a total loss and have no idea what to try next. Any guidance is very much appreciated.
