Hello,
I recently had a power outage and received a new switch and now my ruckus switch and access points are working; however, I’m unable to access the app and I want to make sure that if this ever happens again I do have access to it. I don’t remember my password or username. I also did try the default password and username (super sp-admin), but that didn’t work.
