I live in a Lennar Smart Home. Here is a dumb question for you. When I browse to my own WAN IP, I get prompted for user ID/Password. What exactly would I be logging in to? Thanks

The screenshot of the login prompt you shared is not related to any device from the RUCKUS.
Could you please let me know about your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and the Vendor of your Router?
Internet is provided by Spectrum. Router is an Actiontec WiFi Router M6240L.
