Trouble Getting Connected With Internet Providers

I recently bought a home that has a ruckus switch with 2 APs and spoke with 2 internet providers to get connected but they won’t touch the system stating that I need a technician to configure the system plus they want to sell me 2 routers but I already own a router. I’ve tried doing the configuration myself but I don’t think I was successful.
