Throughput on Ruckus R510 only at 50mbps with a 600mbps at the controller.

Our two R510 access points are only providing approximately 50mbps download speeds with 600mbps coming in through spectrum and being see at the controller with multiple speed tests.  Additionally, I can't access the ruckus unleash system from my wifi or my web browser.
