As per the case description, I understand that you are aware of the IP address.
As you have the IP address of the Switch , please proceed to access the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch using a Web Browser.

Please click on Login option and try to access the Switch GUI using the login credentials.
Please share a screenshot if you are getting stuck at any point.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

These are my 2 Access Points and my modem. I'm having issues, I have my ISP come out and confirm its the Ruckus.
