Switch is an icx 7150-c12p. at the moment no port is providing POE. I have to use an injector to have the Ruckus AP working. I have to restart the switch a lot for maybe a port or 2 to work. Things are working slow as well.
I have things connected to 9 of the ports and only 4 are showing up. Switch says POE is ok but it is not. Temperature is ok. Please see output from switch below. Please let me know what we can do to replace. This switch is broken.

I am not able to replicate the issue to provide a screen shot. When trying to do copy tftp flash 192.168.1.166 SPS08095gufi.bin primary, I kept getting errors. It will start but say that the firmware was not compatible for this hardware or something along those lines. Using the SPS08090kufi.bin seem to work on CLI but I kept following the web GUI steps. Now I have SPS08090kufi.bin, see below. Now that I have the update it seems to want to take the other older firmware upgrades.
I was able to install 08080f but when warm restarted switch was dead. I waited a while but had to do a hard power reset. So, to me the better version is 08090k so far. We will see how this works. So far so good. Thank you for your assistance.

By the way another issue I found was that the switch had the time and date all screwed up. was on a bad time and on January 1st 2000. not sure if this will cause any issues, I think it might. I changed the time and date.

Hi @ramirezcrisaf
Thank you for the response and the update.
Time and date will not cause any issues.
As you are now on 08090k version we can use the upgrade tool we recently introduced for that works for Switch version 08080f and above.
Regarding the Switch upgrade process, we recommend transitioning to version 08.0.95g, identified as the stable version for Lennar Home users.
To facilitate this transition, we have recently introduced an upgrade tool tailored to ensure a seamless process. Utilizing this tool is straightforward: users simply need to input the IP Address, Username, and password associated with the Switch into the software interface.
For your convenience, please find the necessary resources below:
1. Download the Upgrade software for Windows: Link: Upgrade Software for Windows
2. Access the Upgrade Software User Manual: Link: Upgrade Tool User Guide for Lennar SmartHome users
We highly value your input and would greatly appreciate your feedback on our upgrade tool. Your insights are instrumental in our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience and ensure the tool meets your needs effectively. Please take a moment to share your thoughts, suggestions, or any issues you encountered while using the tool. Your feedback is invaluable to us and will guide us in further improving the tool for all our users. Thank you for your time and contribution.
Should you require any assistance throughout the process, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Thank you once again for your patience and cooperation.

when clicking on the link for the upgrade tool it takes me nowhere. I get an error message saying the page does not exist. I tried multiple times but cannot do the upgrade and I keep having the same issues with the switch. Now restarting or doing the commands to start inline power do not do anything.
