Hi @Akenny 

If the Switch have lights, please confirm the color of the system LED light? Now, if there are no lights at all, please try the next:

 

1:remove the power cord and reconnect.

2:moved to another power outlet.

3:Please provide a picture of the device not getting lights while is connected to the power outlet in case step#2 was performed.
