We had a power glitch and the switch and access point are completely down. This happened in the past and I used to be able to reset but not this time. AP has no power from the switch. I tried to reset the switch but all lights are stuck blinking amber continuously. Tried to console in with no luck

To solve this issue please try to do software recovery process and let us know the result.

Hi Jayavidhya,
I’ve already tried to do this and was not able to console in. Nothing happens when I try to console in. Tried multiple cables and dongles with no luck with the console.

Please download the Mobaxterm application (Mobaxterm is a putty-like tool with a slightly different interface) and perform the same steps again.

For MacOS system like like MacBook we can access from the terminal of the device without having to install a tool.

I tried using MobaXterm and I get same result as the putty session. Nothing is displaying.

not sure if you saw my last reply but mobaxterm did NOT work. Please help resolve this as soon as possible because the network is down.
