Switch Reset

I reset my switch by removing power and pressing the reset button while I plugged power back on. My switch is now blinking amber consistently. How do I continue set up of my device from here. None of my WAPs or switch seem to be functioning

update. I woke up this morning with two lights on my switch. The power light is green and the system is orange.
