Switch Not Pushing Internet to Ap’s

Mhannah513

Hello I am a Lennar Home customer and after a power outage my Ap’s refuse to connect to the internet from the switch. They power up fine and broadcast Wi-Fi but no internet. I tried using an old AirPort Express I have from the switch no dice. Then I used an old switch I had from a previous home and it working just fine now. As I believe we have lifetime warranty on our hardware I would like a replacement switch so I can continue to use my AP’s in our ceiling.

Hi @Mhannah513

Thanks for your reply,

I understand that the steps may be somewhat new, however, we cannot replace the switch until you confirm that the hardware is damaged.

Also please share the screenshot of the error you are getting while trying to find the IP address of the switch.

Please follow the below guide to find the IP address of the switch.

Also please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

I am also unable to upload photos on to this forum from my phone. My wife’s mac won’t open the App Store. And that’s the only computer we use. I use my phone for everything.

I tried to do upload the photos from her Mac and it says I do not have permission to upload photos.

Hi @Mhannah513

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

The web interface you are trying is of Unleashed. We need to access Switch IP on the Web browser or CLI to fix the Routing code issue.

Could you please the check above highlighted IP in the screenshot which might be a Switch IP?

Try to access your switch from a web browser to fix routing code issue (by Web option) by pasting the below URL in http or https form whichever that works.

https://192.168.1.48  or http://192.168.1.48

Or try to access your Switch with CLI as described in the earlier post of the Routing code issue.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.

Best regards,
