Switch/ Ap not working

Hello, I need assistance and noticed that there isn't a customer support number available. I reside in a Lennar property and until recently, I haven't encountered any problems with the Ruckus equipment. A few weeks ago, there was a power outage, and since then, my internet has been unreliable. Additionally, a few days ago, my Ruckus switch shifted from switch mode to router mode (Now no internet access at all). Despite consulting forums for a solution, I was unable to revert it to switch mode. Consequently, I purchased a new switch online and reset my network settings, including a factory restore of my Access Point (AP). Occasionally, after the factory reset, I see the 'configure.me' WiFi network, but whenever I attempt to connect, my phone displays an "unable to connect to this wifi" error. What should I do?
