Tried resetting the ruckus 7150 and stuck still. Tried to reset with software and would not work.

Thank you for the response.
From the response shared, I see that the Switch is on the latest recommended version 08.0.95g.
Also, the Switch is on the Switching code as it should be.
May I please know if the Upgrade tool still shows as rebooting?

Good to know it is updated now. I eventually closed the update tool and was able to log in successfully. Is there a newer firmware version than the 08.0.95g? How do I do future updates so that it is on the most current firmware?
