Tried resetting the ruckus 7150 and stuck still. Tried to reset with software and would not work.

You may need your Switch IP address, username and password to login to the upgrade tool and complete the upgrade.

The link you sent under 2 for the manual pulls up a blank page. It says page does not exist?

Yes the first link took me to the download which I was able to do. The second link takes me to a page that says this page does not exist.
