Some of the devices are not connecting after the upgrade. I followed the instructions mentioned below article and switched SPR to SPS but the issue still exists.

Could you please confirm from which version you attempted to upgrade?
Is the switch not connecting to Ruckus Cloud / Smartzone or it is not accessible at all even via console?
Please mention if there is any error message seen.

It is accessible from the console and putty.

switch is accessible from console. I am trying to upgrade to 08.0.90k

Please give us brief where the devices are not connecting after the upgrade and what error message is it showing?
Also, match the configurations of switch post upgrade with the back up configurations.
