Solution for Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P

Our Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P went into boot mode for some reason and would not power anything in our smart home.  We contacted Ruckus and they referred us to this forum.  Posts for the same issue suggested repeatedly resetting the device (recommended 12-30 times) and this did not solve the problem.  We called Lennar Home Support and were referred back to this forum, which was of little assistance in solving the problem.  My wife took the Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P to the IT manager at her place of work and he was unable to get the device out of boot mode.  For those of you who are experiencing similar issues, be aware neither Ruckus nor Lennar Home Support will be of any use when assisting you in getting your smart home functioning again.  What worked was replacing the Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P with a Netgear Nighthawk RS300 tri-band WiFi 7 router and a Netgear GS380EPP PoE ethernet plus switch.  Both were simplistic to set up and restored WiFi throughout the house in addition to powering our Lutron and Ring systems.  Our smart home is smart again and the two devices were also significantly less expensive than replacing the Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P.  I hope this post saves some of you from the frustration we experienced when seeking assistance from both Ruckus and Lennar Home Services.
