I was told that my current software version is old and needs updating. Can you please provide instructions to upgrade the software.
"To avoid these issues in the future, I would like to suggest upgrading your Switch to the latest stable version, as your current Switch is on the old version which is SPS08061a. Please let me know once you are done with the above process, to assist you with the upgrading of the Switch."

Hi @asitsinghal
Greetings of the day,
Based on the description it seems that you are running in code 08061. To upgrade to 08095 UFI, the upgrade must be done twice where from 08061 to 09080f then from 08080f to 08095 UFI.
Please follow the below link to perform the upgrade to the recommended code 08095g UFI.

Thank you for the instructions.
Can you please confirm the software versions. I did not see anything in the download section referring to UFI.
I will first update to
'Ruckus ICX FastIron 08.0.80f (GA) Software Release" 08.0.80f release date 2020-04-17 and then to
"Ruckus ICX FastIron 08.0.95g (GA) Software Release" 08.0.95g release date 2022-05-19

Hi @asitsinghal
Please follow the below steps on how to download the images from the ruckus support page.
1- Go to Ruckus support page to download the images
Link: https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software
2-Look for the scroll bar, (Choose Product) where we have to select our product or platform that is an ICX-ICX7150
3-Then click downloads.
4-As mentioned, we are going to go from a non UFI version to a UFI version, so we must go through the 8080f version as intermediate version.
5-Click on downloads
Important note: Read terms and conditions once this is done proceed to download
Once it is done please follow the below link to proceed the step '6'.
