Set UP ruckus icx 7150-c12p

Hi,

I am a new owner of Lennar Home, and I have the Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P in my second floor. The previous owner did not explain nothing about this system. The two AP were before on, but we never set up the system, now both AP are off and the Switch is look like in the reboot mode, I am trying to reset but still blinking in Orange Light all the lights and never stay solid green. I would like to know if there any phone number for assistant to set up the all system.
