My rukus routers are not powering up the one in 1st floor and 2nd floor. How to turn them on? As I don't see any power switch

As I cannot see the pictures. Please upload it once again.

Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image as shown in the below picture.
