My home has ICX7150-C12-Switch and 2 r510 ap. The Ruckus system seems to reset randomly. The ATT fiber router/modem is not as internet is available through ATT. The switch does not show up in the Unleashed app but the access points do. I connected my laptop directly to the switch but cannot get pass the login (192.168.1.100) using any of the passwords I originally got from the tech ( super &sp-admin, admin & ruckus). Called Ruckus and they say i must post to forum. Any assistance would be appreciated. Home built in 2019.

If the default credentials doesn't work please try the most common username and passwords ( This is key sensitive so please include capital letters )
Username:admin password: Ruckus!
Username:admin password: Ruckus1
Username:admin password: Lennar
Username:super password: sp-admin
Admin usernames and passwords for the Ruckus Wi-Fi Access Points/Switch for Lennar home users
Also for detailed understanding of the issue please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

Please let us know the LED status of the switch using the below guide. Also please share the image of the switch showing the LED status and the cable connections.

To perform password recovery please use the MobaXterm app (similar to putty) and follow the password recovery steps.
For MacOS system like like MacBook we can access from the terminal of the device without having to install a tool.
For Telnet access:
nc ‘IP of the device’ 23
For ssh Access:
ssh ‘username’@’IP of the device’
Note: if access to ssh does not work tried the following ssh-keygen -R 'ip address of the device' this generates a public key pair for use when authenticating with a remote server.
