Hello. My internet has stopped working. I have no power lights on both of my wireless output devices, but have internet per internet provider. As I checked that there is power to devices, the ruckus ICX 7150 switch device has no power and will not turn on even though it’s plugged in to a surge protector that has power. Everything else plugged in the surge protector has power. There are no lights coming from ICX switch and no lights coming from my to wireless output devices. Please help. I’m thinking the device died as I tried unplugging for 1 min and re plugging. Thanks

OK. I had to login. I plug the switch in and it briefly flashes an amber/orange on all lights then seems to have no power and does nothing else. I couldn't get a photo of that. I have three kids at home and having no internet is the end of the world to them. Please assist as soon as possible. Thanks

Yes, you are right, this unit is totally dead based on the troubleshooting you already did and the evidence.
This unit Should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.

Please open a separate post to help you with the troubleshooting, and clarified in the post which part of Ruckus devices you are talking Access point or Switch.
