Ruckus r510 showing configure.me-xxxx SSID but not connecting

I have done a reset on AP r510 after power outage and it is now in "configure.me-xxxx SSID" state. When I try to connect with S/N it continues to just keep on trying to connect to wifi. I did open the Unleashed App in my iOS and also tried to start "typical install' but shows it is still not connected to configure.me-xxxx wifi.

What to do?

To find the root cause of the issue please let us know the LED status of the access points using the below guide.

Also please share the status of the switch and the access points as mentioned below.
