Ruckus r510 pwr and ctl lights blinking green with no internet connection

I have 3 ruckus r510 repeaters 1 of them works and is connected to the WiFi but 2 of them after a storm had their power button turn red and after I unplugged and plugged back in their Ethernet cables they had their pwr and ctl lights blink green with no WiFi connection any fixes?

I understand that you are unable to find the devices in the IP scan results. 

Could you please share the output of the IP scanner results or please share the screenshot of the results for us to assist you further?
