I tried to reset and the amber lights are flashing and not able to force reset too.

Hi Imran, I have tried to reboot the switch using Putty n all. It is not working.

Also the downloads folder did not have boot folder and i am unable to telnet from the Putty for Serial as i was not able to find the COM number from my machine's ports. Please let me know.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Please note, that serial connection to the Putty does not require Telnet or SSH to access the CLI. You can select the Serial option in the Putty and enter COM port details as per your Device Manager. (Refer to the below screenshot for the same)
Could you please share Pictures of the Switch with the software recovery cable setup and a screenshot of the Device Manager showing the COM ports information?
