Power light blinking on access point and not receiving signal from Ruckus.

Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS Access Point is not working.
1. Was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?
2. Could you please confirm if there are any changes in ISP(Internet Service Provider?
3. Please unplug the ethernet cable of the Access points from the switch port and plug it back into one of the other 12 ports in the switch as shown in the below screenshot. Please check the light status after that.
