I just moved into a new house that has four Ruckus 510s in the ceilings throughout the house. They all appear to link back to a Ruckus ICX switch. My internet service is Sonic Fiber, and there's an ethernet cable connecting the Sonic fiber box to the switch. When I called them, it was suggested I reset everything (APs and switch) as a previous Sonic user was using this system -- something about IPs already being assigned I think.
I disconnected all APs except one and performed the regular setup. The network appears but it never has internet (often saying Connected, No Internet or IP Configuration error). However, when I ran through the Gateway setup, the network appears and works immediately, though it doesn't seem to recognize the other APs when I plug them in.
I have no idea what I'm doing now, so I'm sure I'm missing some steps or broke something. Any ideas?

Hello,
I spoke with Sonic and they apparently cleared something out on their end. I also added a router I had on hand between the fiber ONT box and the Ruckus switch and that seems to have gotten things working properly.
