Ruckus lights off on unit on ceiling

Ruckus unit on ceiling has no lights on. Ruckus unit in wall cabinet has a green and orange light on. I have unplugged power source and switched Ethernet cables to other ports and still lights on the ceiling unit.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch stuck in boot mode.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Could you please let me know if your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch has an Amber/Yellow LED as shown in the picture below? If yes, the Switch is stuck in the boot mode which doesn't send power to the Ceiling Access Points.

I already did the reset with the paper clip. The green light is on and 7 other lights are blinking orange. This has been going on since yesterday night when I did the reset

Thank you for the response and the update,

Please reset multiple times and check. If the reset with a paperclip works, the SYST and PWR lights should turn GREEN.

If that doesn't work, the next step would be to perform Software Recovery of the Switch. Please refer to the same article for the process.

I’ve done it 20 times and it’s not working. The multiple 7 lights just keep flashing when I release the reset button with the paperclip after plugging it in. I don’t have a laptop to do a software reset.
