The PWR and CTL are blinking green but not progressing. Green light on back of device is on and constant.

It's just connecting to the Wi-Fi network broadcasted from the RUCKUS Access Points.

Yes, it appears the internet HDMI ports are working. I have my computer connected to one.

As per your response seems like you are trying with Wired Internet connectivity with an ethernet cable.
As mentioned previously, Additionally please check for the RUCKUS Access Points Wi-Fi network that you previously used to connect to the Internet. Please note that this network is NOT "configure.me."
