Ruckus device and access points dead

The ruckus device no longer had power and all the access points are also turned off. All my smart devices are connect to this device, thermostat, ring etc. I've searched all the other post and tried everything, checked everything suggested. No power, no lights to the main ruckus device. I think it need to be replaced. Please help.

I've uploaded the video file as instructed. No status lights.

For some reason I have to register a new account. It wouldn't let me log into jourelem

To upload the photos, please log in to your Ruckus account and add them to the post.

You may either open a new case using the new Ruckus account or reply directly to this post.

Additionally, please share the current status of the switch LED indicators, as this information is required to proceed further.

The current status of the led indicators, they're not even illuminating. I uploaded the video to the google drive as originally instructed. Please look at that video.
